Moving Art, Moving People

Freelance consultancy & strategic advisory

Welcome to Moving Art, Moving People, the platform for artistic, strategic, and connective services. With more than 23 years of experience in the performing arts, I support cultural institutions, funds, platforms, festivals, artists, and art professionals. My expertise lies at the intersection of artistic leadership, programming and curation, strategic vision, audience development, and international collaboration and networking. From a holistic and future-oriented vision, I provide guidance that touches the essence of what performing arts can mean, locally and globally. My vision is rooted in a deep conviction of the societal relevance of art. — Samme Raeymaekers.

My Vision: Moving Art, Moving People

The name “Moving Art, Moving People” reflects what matters to me: art that moves and is in motion, and people who are touched or set in motion—physically, mentally, or emotionally. My mission is to activate and strengthen that double movement within you.

Moving Art

Represents the artistic force: art that does not stand still but pushes boundaries, evolves, and remains relevant and urgent in today’s world. It is the engine of renewal.

Moving People

Represents the societal impact: art that is not only watched but truly touches, activates, provokes thought, or brings people together. It is the engine of change.

Art that moves, moves people.

A vision where artistic quality, meaningful connections, and sustainable impact converge. Whether guiding a maker, supporting an organization, or curating a program—my work always starts from this double movement.
