Artistic and strategic advice for ntgent, in collaboration with the artistic leadership team of Barbara Raes and Yves Degryse: temporary contribution to the artistic leadership, including creative producing, programme development, and the development of internationalisation strategies. The scope of work focuses on strengthening ntgent’s artistic profile and fostering collaborations with the company’s core makers in Belgium and internationally. Ntgent is a leading contemporary theatre company based in Ghent, Belgium, recognised for its innovative, multidisciplinary productions and close collaboration with a diverse range of artists.
Dansens Hus Stockholm

Artistic, curational and strategic advice for Dansens Hus Stockholm, Sweden, under the artistic direction of Johannes Öhman. Dansens Hus Stockholm is Sweden’s national stage for contemporary dance, presenting, producing, and promoting innovative dance performances and supporting both local and international artists.
Moving Balkans Contemporary Dance Platform
2025 - present
Strategic and artistic advice and support for the Moving Balkans Contemporary Dance Platform: contribution as strategic advisor, supporting the platform’s multi-country development, and participation in the artistic board, including curatorial input for the 2025 edition in Ljubljana, Rijeka and Zagreb and the 2026 edition in Novi Sad. The Moving Balkans Contemporary Dance Platform promotes contemporary dance across the Balkans through touring, exchange and regional collaboration.

Carte Blanche - The Norwegian national company of contemporary dance

External artistic expertise for Carte Blanche: contribution as an external expert to the recruitment committee for the new artistic director, including advising on the artistic profile, co-writing the open call, activating international networks, evaluating applications, participating in interviews in Bergen, and contributing to the final selection. Carte Blanche is Norway’s leading contemporary dance company, recognised for its ambitious creations and international collaborations.
Parcours Danse
2025
Jury and curatorial contribution to Parcours Danse: participation as juror and curator, contributing to the shaping of the programme for the 2025 edition. Parcours Danse is a major Québecois contemporary dance platform in Montréal, showcasing local and regional choreographic works through performances, residencies, showcases, and exchanges, and organised by La Danse sur les Routes du Québec.
Bora Bora
2023 - 2024
Artistic, strategic and curational contribution to Bora Bora: participation as a member of the Artistic Council, providing curatorial insight and strategic input, including decisions on programming, residencies, international focus, and season planning. Bora Bora in Aarhus, Denmark, is a renowned venue and residency centre for contemporary dance and physical theatre, supporting Danish and international artists through creation, presentation, and artistic development.
Baltic Dance Platform
2025 - 2026
Jury and curatorial contribution to the Baltic Dance Platform: participation as juror and curator for the 2026 edition in Vilnius, Lithuania, contributing to the selection process and the shaping of the artistic programme. The Baltic Dance Platform is a biennial showcase presenting outstanding contemporary dance from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, aimed at strengthening regional visibility and fostering international connections.
Iannes Bruylant

Artistic and strategic advisory support and outside eye for choreographer Iannes Bruylant: ongoing contribution to the development of creative projects and artistic trajectory, including mentoring, international positioning, providing an outside eye, and guidance on long-term planning within the contemporary dance field.
Korzo
2025
Artistic and curatorial workshops for Korzo: leading workshops for in-house creators, providing insights on international contexts, artistic decision-making, and strategic considerations in preparation for the Cadance Festival and the professionals’ day. Korzo is a prominent contemporary performing arts house in The Hague, supporting emerging and established choreographers through residencies, creation support, performances and international presentation.
Ice Hot Nordic Dance Platform
2022 - 2024
Organising partner and general director, Ice Hot Nordic Dance Platform (2024, Oslo edition): contributed to the strategic and artistic direction of Ice Hot, a Nordic platform promoting contemporary dance through networking, showcases, and international collaboration, in partnership with leading Nordic institutions and organisations. Served as juror and curator for the Oslo 2014 and 2024 editions, the Reykjavik 2018 edition and the Helsinki 2022 edition, providing artistic guidance, programming input and selection of nordic works.
CPH STAGE

Juror and curator for CPH STAGE (2022-edition): served as juror and curator for the 2022 edition in Copenhagen, Denmark, contributing to the artistic selection and programming of performances. CPH STAGE is Denmark’s largest professional theatre festival, presenting a broad range of Danish and international performing arts over ten days in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg, including theatre, dance, talks and events that spotlight current trends and artistic innovation
Dansens Hus Oslo
2018 - 2025
Artistic and general director, Dansens Hus Oslo, Norway: led one of the most dynamic dance houses in the Nordic region and Europe. Oversaw the presentation and co-production of Norwegian and international dance productions, across two venues, and shaped the artistic vision through a self-defined “360-degree programme” that combined experimental approaches with productions engaging a broad and diverse audience. Under this artistic leadership, the programme foregrounded diversity in cultural perspectives, bodies, and gender identities, and actively countered sexism, racism, and ableism. Dansens Hus Oslo presented more than 45 dance productions annually, including presentations, commissions, and co-productions by emerging, mid-career, and internationally recognised artists.

Member of the European Dance Development Network (EDN): served as member of EDN, a Europe‑wide network of dance organisations working to support sustainable, progressive and equitable development of contemporary dance through advocacy, exchange, research, and collaboration across national borders. Wonderfeel Festival

Curator of dance, Wonderfeel Festival at s-Graveland, The Netherlands: contributes to the programming of dance within the festival’s artistic team. Wonderfeel is an annual music and nature festival in the Netherlands, combining live performances with outdoor and nature settings. As curator of dance, selected performances, preferably with live music, that resonated with the festival’s natural environment and broader artistic vision.

Belgian (2007-2018) and Norwegian (2018-2025) representative and (presenting)partner of Aerowaves, European Dance Network, a pan‑European hub for dance discovery that identifies and promotes the most promising emerging choreographers through a network of partners across 34 countries, connecting choreographers, programmers, festivals and presenters throughout Europe.

Member of the jury, het TheaterFestival: served as a jury member evaluating and selecting performances for the festival’s programme, contributing to its artistic decisions and perspectives. Het TheaterFestival is a leading performing arts festival in Belgium that annually opens the season with a curated selection of the most compelling theatre, dance, circus and performance works, and offers a platform for critical reflection, audience engagement and artistic exchange.

Artistic coordinator of dance, Dans in Brugge: led the development of Concertgebouw Bruges, Belgium (1,300 seats) as a Belgian hub for contemporary dance, with a particular focus on the fusion of live music and dance. Responsible for the contemporary dance programme of the Cultural Centre of Bruges, overseeing its three performing arts venues (750, 350, and 100 seats), curating performances, supporting residencies, and fostering collaborations with national and international artists as part of the Dans in Brugge initiative.
December Dance Festival
2006 - 2018
Founder and Artistic Director of December Dance: established, led and curated the annual international dance festival in Bruges, recognised as Belgium’s largest dance festival. The festival followed in that period a clear concept: in even years, an internationally acclaimed choreographer was invited as co-curator, while in odd years the focus was on the contemporary dance scene of a specific region or country.
